DEPOSIT AND CONTRACTS

submitted to the local council and the developers. We allocate our teams and suppliers for the site start

Construction

Now it’s time for the exciting part.We liaise with all trades and keep you abreast of the developments on the site, from excavation to finishing touches.Inspections are conducted at Slab stage:Frame stage and completion stage and clients are notified of the progress

HANDOVER

Frinal inspection is conducted and once you’re 100% satisfied with everything. YOUR DREAM HOME IS READY TO MOVE IN! it’s the most amazing feeling

PAYMENT PROCESS

The amount paid at each progressing stage Is based on a percentage of the total costs of completion,
As a general rule, the amounts you pay at the different stages of construction are as follows
